# 7. Đăng đơn J\&T báo lỗi S10
**Nguyên nhân có thể là:** Doanh nghiệp đã đăng đơn rồi hủy đăng đơn
Khi anh/chị thực hiện đăng đơn, rồi lại hủy đăng đơn, sau đó khi đăng lại thì không được, đó là vì mã đơn đấy đã có trên hệ thống đơn vị giao hàng rồi.
Muốn đăng đơn lại, anh/chị cần "Đổi mã vận đơn" và đăng đơn lại.
* Kích biểu tượng (mô tả dưới hình ảnh) để đổi mã vận đơn
* Sau đó bấm **"Đăng đơn"**
**Lưu ý:** Cần check lại trên hệ thống giao vận để hủy đơn cũ đi, tránh lên trùng đơn
