# 3. Làm thế nào để cố định sđt Người gửi/ Người nhận khi đẩy đơn sang đối tác giao hàng?

Do nhu cầu của khách hàng, khi đăng đơn sang đơn vị vận chuyển muốn truyền thông tin số điện thoại người gửi/ người nhận mặc định, SandboxVN hỗ trợ thao tác như sau\

**Đối với điều chỉnh số điện thoại người gửi:**\

Bước 1: Sử dụng tài khoản chức vụ Admin/ Kho vào mục [Danh sách kho](/3.-kho/3.3-quan-li-ton-kho/3.3.6-danh-sach-kho.md)

Bước 2: Bấm **Chỉnh sửa kho**<br>

Bước 3: Sửa số điện thoại và bấm **Lưu**\
( Lưu ý: Có thể fake số giả nhưng không được điền kí tự đặc biệt, hay sai đầu số, thừa số, thiếu số)

**Đối với điều chỉnh số điện thoại người nhận:**<br>

Bước 1: Sử dụng tài khoản chức vụ Admin/ Kho vào mục Kho ⇒ Chọn Kết nối đơn vị giao hàng cần cố định số điện thoại người nhận

Bước 2: Chọn Kết nối đơn vị giao hàng cần cố định số điện thoại người nhận và ấn vào mục Kết nối

Bước 3: Điền số điện thoại người nhận vào ô **Cố định SĐT người nhận khi đăng đơn** sau đó bấm **Lưu**\
