# 9.2.6 Tương tác Lead sale

Sử dụng tính năng này, anh/chị có thể theo dõi tình trạng tương tác lead của từng sale.

1\. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, chọn **Báo cáo** → chọn **Báo cáo kinh doanh online** → chọn tab **Tương tác lead sale**

2\. Tùy chỉnh trường thông tin tại bộ lọc tìm kiếm → chọn **Tìm kiếm**

Tại giao diện này, anh/chị có thể theo dõi số liệu thống kê trong 1 khoảng thời gian tương ứng với từng nhân viên sale về: tổng số lead được nhận, tổng số lead chưa tương tác, số liệu tương ứng với từng trạng thái tác nghiệp (số lead, số lead chưa hoàn thành, số đơn chốt và tỉ lệ chốt tương ứng).
