# 9.2.1 Tổng quát

Báo cáo cho phép tất cả các tài khoản có thể xem được dữ liệu thống kê về doanh số theo từng bộ phận, sản phẩm…

1\. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, chọn **Báo cáo** → chọn **Báo cáo kinh doanh online** → chọn tab **Tổng quát**

2\. Tùy chỉnh các trường thông tin tìm kiếm tại bộ lọc tùy chỉnh → chọn **Tìm kiếm**

Tại giao diện **Báo cáo doanh số**, anh/chị có thể xem báo cáo về doanh số theo nhiều kiểu khác nhau: xem theo từng bộ phận (kho, sale, marketing, care đơn,...), theo từng nhóm (nhóm sale, nhóm marketing) hoặc theo sản phẩm, tỉnh/thành phố, kênh quảng cáo, khách cũ/mới,...

Một số bộ lọc tùy chỉnh tại giao diện báo cáo:

* Chọn xem theo chi nhánh cụ thể

* Chọn loại doanh số muốn xem

* Chọn xem doanh số theo loại chiết khấu

→ Toàn bộ số liệu doanh số có thể xem theo 1 trong 2 lựa chọn:

\+ Trước chiết khấu: Tất cả số liệu hiển thị sẽ bao gồm phần tiền chiết khấu của đơn hàng

\+ Sau chiết khấu: Tất cả số liệu hiển thị sẽ không bao gồm phần tiền chiết khấu của đơn hàng

* Lọc và xem báo cáo doanh số theo trạng thái đối soát

* Lọc và xem báo cáo doanh số theo sản phẩm

Khi chọn bộ lọc “Sản phẩm”, số liệu “Giá trị đơn” và “Số đơn” có thể không chính xác. Bởi vì một đơn hàng có thể có nhiều sản phẩm, do đó số liệu "Số đơn" là không chính xác dẫn đến không thể tính đúng được “Giá trị đơn”

3\. Tại giao diện báo cáo này, hệ thống cung cấp nhiều loại doanh số.
