# 6.1.1 Khách đang phục vụ

**hách đang phục vụ:**

Sau khi thu nhân xếp nhân viên phục vụ thì nhân viên đó có thể thấy được số lượng khách hàng cần mình phục vụ và có thể xem chi tiết các dịch vụ mà khách hàng yêu cầu

* Đăng nhập tài khoản nhân viên, trên thanh menu chọn mục **Công việc → chọn Xử lý đơn**

Hệ thống hiển thị danh sách khách hàng nhân viên đang phục vụ

\+ Hệ thống hiển thị chi tiết các dịch vụ **→ Tích vào các dịch vụ cần xử lí → Chọn mục Xử lý dịch vụ**

**→ Hệ thống hiển thị popup Xử lý dịch vụ → Chọn Trạng thái dịch vụ → Chọn Lưu (có thể tải ảnh hoặc thêm ghi chú khách hàng nếu cần)**

Nhân viên có thể theo dõi trạng thái của từng khách hàng trong giao diện Thao tác nhân viên, tại cột **Trạng thái**

Ngoài ra, nhân viên có thể:

\+ Chọn mục **Sửa thời gian phục vụ** để chỉnh sửa đúng với thời gian thực tế phục vụ.

\+ Chọn mục **Thêm** để thêm các sản phẩm, dịch vụ, combo, thẻ theo nhu cầu của khách hàng (các sản phẩm, dịch vụ, combo, thẻ được thêm tại đây sẽ được hiển thị tại màn **Thu ngân** giúp nhân viên thu ngân nắm bắt thông tin chính xác)

Chọn mục **Người tư vấn, NV phục vụ ứng với từng dịch vụ** → **Chọn nhân viên phục vụ cần xếp → chọn Lưu**
