Đối với các trường có ký tự (\*) là trường bắt buộc.

* **Loại thu chi:** Chọn loại thu chi muốn thêm
* **Tên lý do**: Nhập tên lý do cho thu chi

**Lưu ý:** Nhập tên lý do đã tồn tại không thể thêm mới
