# Cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng

Có hai cách cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng:

I. Cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng cho từng đơn hàng

1\. Tại thanh menu chọn **Kế toán → chọn Tác nghiệp**<br>

2\. Tìm đến đơn hàng muốn cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng → chọn mũi tên tại cột **Thao tác → chọn Cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng**

3\. Chọn trạng thái giao hàng cần cập nhật → bấm nút **Cập nhật**&#x20;

II. Cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng cho nhiều đơn hàng

1\. Tại menu chọn **Kế toán → chọn mục Tác nghiệp**<br>

2\. Tích chọn các đơn hàng cần cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng → **chọn Chức năng khác → chọn Cập nhật trạng thái giao hàng**

3\. Chọn **trạng thái giao hàng →** chọn nút **Cập nhật** ⇒ **Hệ thống hiển thị thông báo cập nhật thành công**

Tại giao diện này, kế toán có thể theo dõi kết quả xử lý các đơn hàng tương ứng với 3 trạng thái **“Thành công”, “Thất bại”, “Đang xử lý”.**

**Lưu ý:** Để kiểm tra trạng thái giao hàng hiện tại của các đơn đã chọn, nhấn nút **“Kiểm tra”** → Hiển thị thông tin số lượng đơn tương ứng với từng trạng thái giao hàng:
