# Phiếu xuất

1. Tại trang **Tồn kho,** ấn nút **Phiếu xuất -> Thêm mới.**

2. Nhập thông tin phiếu xuất

* **Mã phiếu**: Giúp quản lý và tra cứu thông tin liên quan phiếu dễ dàng hơn. (Mã tự sinh nếu không nhập)
* **Người nhận**: Nhân viên nhận sản phẩm từ kho sử dụng.
* **Phân loại xuất**: Các loại xuất kho. Phân loại phiếu xuất dựa vào mục đích xuất kho trong hoạt động kinh doanh.
* **Tình trạng**: Trạng thái hiện tại của một phiếu có thể chọn đã hoàn thành, đang xử lý hoặc đã hủy.
* **Xuất từ kho**: Kho mà sản phẩm được xuất ra bên ngoài để sử dụng, bán hoặc chuyển giao cho khách hàng.
* **Ngày xuất**: Ngày mà sản phẩm được xuất ra khỏi kho.
* **Ghi chú** (nếu có)
* **Chọn sản phẩm** muốn xuất kho trong danh sách sản phẩm và nhập **số lượng** sẽ xuất(bắt buộc)
* Nếu muốn tìm kiếm sản phẩm, bạn có thể **quét barcode** để tìm kiếm nhanh.
* Nếu muốn thêm sản phẩm xuất kho ấn nút **Thêm sản phẩm** hoặc muốn xóa sản phẩm khỏi phiếu ấn dấu **X.** Các trường có dấu **(\*)** bắt buộc điền đầy đủ thông tin.

3. Sau khi hoàn thành thông tin phiếu xuất ấn Lưu thông báo thêm phiếu xuất thành công

**Lưu ý:** Sau khi tạo phiếu nhập, bạn có thể **Xem lại** hoặc **Chỉnh sửa** phiếu đó để đảm bảo tính chính xác của thông tin trước khi thực hiện việc xuất sản phẩm.

Ngoài ra, để thuận tiện quản lý và kiểm soát, bạn có thể **tìm kiếm** phiếu xuất theo **Mã phiếu xuất,mã hóa đơn, Trạng thái** hoặc **Phân loại** để lọc kết quả.

* Tìm kiếm theo mã phiếu xuất, mã hóa đơn bằng cách nhập thông tin mã muốn tìm vào hộp văn bản như hình dưới.

* Hoặc tìm kiếm phiếu xuất theo bộ lọc "Trạng thái phiếu nhập" hoặc "Phân loại":

Sau đó nhấn "**Tìm kiếm**" hệ thống sẽ hiển thị kết quả tương ứng.
