# Hướng dẫn xuất file ghi âm

1. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, tại thanh menu, chọn **Cài đặt → Cấu hình chung -> Phân quyền xuất Excel**

Sau đó, thêm tên nhân sự có quyền xuất file excel tại **Phân quyền xuất Excel.**

2. Tại thanh menu chọn **Sale** ⇒ **Tổng đài sim số/Tổng đài voice IP** ⇒ **Lịch sử cuộc gọi**

Tại cột ghi âm, chọn ![](/files/0IhNY9vNCSaFbasq9OtU) -> chọn **tải xuống** để xuất file ghi âm
