# 2.4.3 Quản lý user

1\. Tại thanh menu chọn **Sales → chọn Tổng đài voice IP V2 >> tab \[Quản lý user]**

**1. Gia hạn gói sử dụng**<br>

Chọn nút “Thay đổi gói nhân viên”

Nhập số lượng nhân viên và thời gian gia hạn, hệ thống sẽ tự động tính toán tổng số tiền quý khách cần thanh toán.

&#x20;Sau khi xác nhận thông tin, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị yêu cầu thanh toán trên màn hình Quản lý đơn vị >> Danh sách chờ thanh toán.

Quý khách vui lòng thực hiện thanh toán hóa đơn.&#x20;

Yêu cầu thanh toán sẽ được gửi tới trang quản trị. Sau khi quản trị viên xử lý yêu cầu, quý khách có thể tiến hành phân quyền cho tài khoản nhân viên được sử dụng tổng đài.

**2. Phân quyền nhân viên**

Chọn nút “Phân quyền nhân viên”&#x20;
