# 2.4.3 Quản lý User

Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, tại thanh menu chọn **Sale -> Tổng đài sim số ->  Quản lý user**

Màn hình hiển thị trang quản lý user sale, bạn sẽ thấy thông tin về tất cả các tài khoản nhân viên sale, bao gồm loại sim mà mỗi tài khoản đang sử dụng.

Ngoài ra, thay đổi trạng thái hoạt động của tài khoản ấn vào <img src="/files/ZZKKcy1zjvUvuBOwTg3c" alt="" data-size="line">để tắt hoặc bật trạng thái.

2. Bạn có thể tìm kiếm theo các tiêu chí: **Tên tài khoản, số điện thoại** hay **trạng thái.**

* Nhập tên tài khoản, số điện thoại.

* Chọn trạng thái.

Sau khi hoàn thành thông tin theo tiêu chí phù hợp, ấn vào <img src="/files/I4pWyzDxiaG7yArTv3zC" alt="" data-size="line">hiển thị kết quả tương ứng.

3. Khi muốn xem thông tin chi tiết danh sách sim từng tài khoản ấn <img src="/files/rCC2VDGX9lCNyaF4zj3p" alt="" data-size="line">. Màn hình sẽ hiển thị tất cả các sim được liên kết với tài khoản đó.

Để gia hạn thời gian sử dụng sim, ấn <img src="/files/FHl02wsURonTB4i3AaIG" alt="" data-size="line"> sẽ hiển thi form tạo user tổng dài.

Thực hiện chọn thời gian gia hạn sử dụng sim và ấn Lưu để hoàn tất.

* Bạn có thể tìm kiếm sim dựa trên các tiêu chí như **tên tài khoản, số điện thoại** hoặc **trạng thái**  và  nhập thông tin tìm kiếm vào ô tương ứng, nhấn nút <img src="/files/c8ZLIO0KEvJUc5I8ucrP" alt="" data-size="line">hiển thị kết quả tương ứng.
