Tại thanh menu chọn Sale ⇒ Tổng đài sim số ⇒ Lịch sử cuộc gọi

Tại đây, màn hình hiển thị ra toàn bộ lịch sử cuộc gọi của đơn vị trong thời gian chọn tương ứng\
Người dùng có thể xem chi tiết các cuộc gọi, nghe lại file ghi âm hoặc tìm kiếm bản ghi lịch sử cuộc gọi theo số điện thoại cụ thể

Hệ thống cũng cho phép người dùng thao tác tải file ghi âm về máy để phù hợp với nhu cầu và mục đích sử dụng bằng cách bấm vào icon ![](/files/9K2KirYOQ4x2OLuiPflm) bên cạnh file ghi âm và chọn Download
