# 2.3.1 Kho số thả nổi
1\. Tại thanh menu chọn **Sales → Kho số thả nổi**
2\. Chọn các tiêu chí trên bộ lọc, sau đó bấm **Tìm kiếm → Hiển thị các data đủ điều kiện vào kho số theo tiêu chí đã chọn**
3\. Tìm đến contact muốn lấy, bấm vào biểu tượng , sau đó ở popup **Xác nhận** chọn **Đồng ý**
Data vừa lấy sẽ hiển thị trong mục **Sales → Telesale → Danh sách contact,** Sale thực hiện tác nghiệp với số vừa lấy.
**Lưu ý**: Khách hàng có thể check thời gian data vào kho số ở cột **Ngày vào kho số**
4\. Nút xem số và lịch sử xem số:
* Nút **“Hiển thị số bị che”** hình con mắt : Khi Sale ấn vào nút mắt, SĐT của khách sẽ được hiển thị
Trong trường hợp Sale A đang bấm vào nút để xem số và Sale B ngay sau đó cũng ấn vào nút để xem chính số đó, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị thông báo contact chưa đến thời gian xem số đã cấu hình tại kho số thả nổi
* Nút “Lịch sử xem số ” tại cột Thao tác: Khi ấn vào nút này, hệ thống hiển thị lịch sử gồm: Tài khoản Sale xem số và thời gian xem số
**Lưu ý:**
* Nút **“Xem số”** chỉ hoạt động khi kho số thả nổi cấu hình **"Không hiển thị số điện thoại trong kho số và cho phép sử dụng con mắt view số”**
* Nút **“Lịch sử xem số”** chỉ hoạt động khi kho số thả nổi cấu hình **“Hiển thị lịch sử tác nghiệp trong kho số”**
