# Tạo đơn khách cũ
Do một số lý do về hệ thống và bảo mật mà một số cấu hình bật tắt tính năng nâng cao sẽ không được hiển thị ở giao diện taì khoản khách hàng mà chỉ có phía SandboxVN có thể điều chỉnh.
Để có thể bật tính năng nâng cao, anh chị vui lòng liên hệ Nhân viên kinh doanh phụ trách hoặc Chăm sóc khách hàng để được bật tính năng.
1. Sau khi bật tính năng, Đăng nhập tài khoản thành công, chọn **Sales** -> chọn **Telesales** -> chọn **Đơn hàng sale**
2. Tại màn hình hiển thị, muốn **tạo đơn khách hàng cũ** chọn biểu tượng  tại trạng thái đơn hàng
