# 2.1.8 Thiết lập tác nghiệp

**Menu -> Sales -> Telesales -> tab Thiết lập tác nghiệp** 

**Nguyên tắc:** Nếu ***\[tác nghiệp cần]*** mà ***\[kết quả tác nghiệp]*** thì chuyển tới ***\[tác nghiệp tiếp]*** ***\[sau bao lâu]***

1. **Thêm mới tác nghiệp** 

Anh/chị chọn **tác nghiệp cần** (**1**)**, kết quả tác nghiệp** (**2**)**, tác nghiệp tiếp** (**3**):

Sau đó click vào "Thêm mới" (**4**) sẽ sinh ra 1 bản ghi luồng tác nghiệp mới (**5**):

Tại bản ghi này anh/chị lựa chọn thời gian chuyển từ **tác nghiệp cần** đến **tác nghiệp tiếp** (**6**).

Nhấn "**Lưu**" (7) để lưu lại dữ liệu vừa tạo.

2. **Xóa tác nghiệp**&#x20;

Nhấn vào biểu tượng "**Xóa**".

Sau đó ở popup Xác nhận, lựa chọn **Đồng ý** để tiến hành xóa dữ liệu luồng tác nghiệp.

3. **Tìm kiếm luồng tác nghiệp:**

Có thể tìm kiếm luồng tác nghiệp bằng cách chọn **tác nghiệp cần** hoặc **kết quả tác nghiệp** hoặc **tác nghiệp tiếp**. Sau đó nhấn "**Tìm kiếm**" hệ thống sẽ hiển thị kết quả tương ứng.
