# 2.1.3.1 Lịch hẹn

Chọn menu **Thu Ngân** => **Lịch Hẹn**

Vào phần **Đặt lịch** để thêm mới lịch&#x20;

Nếu khách đặt lịch trước thì vào phần " **Đặt lịch trước** " => Điền các trường thông tin cần thiết&#x20;

Sau đó ấn **" Tạo lịch hẹn "**&#x20;

Lịch hẹn sẽ được hiển thị ở góc bên trái và ở phần lịch Calender trong khung giờ cụ thể

**Lưu ý:** Đối với những khách hàng đặt lịch trước sẽ hiển thị ở trạng thái **" Đã xác nhận - Chờ phục vụ " -** Khi khách hàng đến ấn nút " **Chờ phục vụ - Vào chỗ"** hoặc ấn trực tiếp " **Tạo đơn"**

Đối với những khách hàng đến trực tiếp thì vào **Đặt lịch** => **Đến trực tiếp** để thêm mới

Điền các trường thông tin Tên - SĐT sau đó thêm mới dịch vụ rồi ấn **Tạo lịch hẹn**&#x20;

Lịch hẹn sẽ được hiển thị ở góc trái và trên bảng lịch calender

**Lưu ý**: Đối với lịch hẹn đến trực tiếp sẽ ở trạng thái **"Chờ phục vụ - Vào chỗ"** , ấn nút **Tạo đơn** bên góc phải để tạo đơn cho khách hàng.

Chọn thu ngân sau đó màn lên đơn sẽ hiển thị.

Có thể **tìm kiếm** tên / SĐT khách hàng theo bộ lọc trạng thái&#x20;
