# 2.1.24 Sinh bản ghi chăm sóc theo cấu hình

1. Đăng nhập tài khoản **admin -> chọn sales -> chọn telesales -> chọn tab cấu hình.**

2. Sau đó, chọn **Cấu hình contact**&#x20;
