# 2.1.22 Cấu hình contact: Bật xác định kiểu số theo đơn vị

Tính năng này cho phép kiểm tra tình trạng contact (ví dụ: số mới chưa có, số bị trùng,...) trên phạm vi toàn bộ các chi nhánh của đơn vị, chứ không chỉ trong một chi nhánh riêng lẻ.

1. Đăng nhập tài khoản **admin -> chọn sales -> chọn telesales -> chọn tab cấu hình.**

2. Chọn **Cấu hình contact**, tích chọn **Bật xác định kiểu số theo đơn vị.** Sau đó, bấm **Lưu** để lưu lại thông tin.&#x20;
