# 2.1.16 Cấu hình ghi chú giao hàng

1. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, tại thanh menu, chọn **Sales → Telesales**

2. Sau đó, chọn **Cấu hình → Cấu hình ghi chú giao hàng**&#x20;

3. Click ![](/files/qTIMOMbX8bWJhlAT37Xu) để thêm mới ghi chú mà bạn muốn. Hệ thống hiển thị giao diện form Thêm mới ghi chú giao hàng.&#x20;

* Điền các thông tin bao gồm:

&#x20;      \+ Tên: tên ghi chú&#x20;

&#x20;      \+ Nội dung: nội dung ghi chú

4. Sau đó, ấn ![](/files/gCXQatfVr6zX07VNTiap) để lưu lại thông tin&#x20;
5. Các ghi chú sẽ được hiển thị tại đây&#x20;

6. Click vào icon ![](/files/3BQSCoxZgMU5uIYBTTfo)tại cột Thao tác. Bạn có thể Chỉnh sửa nội dung ghi chú hoặc Xóa ghi chú đó nếu không sử dụng nữa.

7. Trong trường hợp bạn muốn mặc định ghi chú đó cho các đơn hàng, tích vào ô Ghi chú mặc định

8. Sau đó, chọn icon tại cột Thao tác để lưu lại thông tin&#x20;

9. Khi bạn tạo đơn hàng, nội dung ghi chú sẽ mặc định được hiển thị tại đây&#x20;
