# 11.2.2 Gửi thông báo

1. Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, tại thanh **Cài đặt** -> **Thông báo** -> Chọn tab **Gửi thông báo.**

-> Màn hình hiển thị trang quản lý thông báo, bạn có thể thấy tất cả thông báo đã có trong hệ thống.

2. Để tạo mới thông báo, ấn <img src="/files/DOdP2xZC4tqC9KBymOGC" alt="" data-size="line"> màn hình hiển thị form thêm mới thông báo.

* Tiêu đề: Nhập tiêu đề thông báo.
* Nội dung: Nhập nội dung thông báo.
* Link liên kết: Gắn link thông báo liên quan ( nếu có).
* Ảnh: Tải ảnh thông báo.
* Sử dụng: Trạng thái hoạt động của thông báo.
* Gửi ngay: Ấn vào khi muốn gửi thông báo lập tức.&#x20;
* Ngày gửi: Chọn thời muốn gửi thông báo.
* Thông báo tất cả: Ấn vào khi muốn gửi hết cho tất cả chi nhánh lẫn các đơn vị.

Tại đây, bạn nhập đầy đủ thông tin cần thiết và ấn **Lưu** tạo mới thành công.

3. Ngoài ra, bạn có thể tìm kiếm mẫu thông báo theo các tiêu chí: **Tiêu đề , Từ ngày , Đến ngày** và ấn <img src="/files/mnW3h6TYrax2p6HHghLf" alt="" data-size="line"> để hiện thêm **Kiểu sử dụng.**

Sau đã hoàn thành tiêu chí, ấn **Tìm kiếm** sẽ hiển thị kết quả tương tự.
