# 1.6.4 Cấu hình Zalo OA

Sau khi đăng nhập thành công, chọn như hình dưới

Trong **Cấu hình thông báo,** tích vào ô sử dụng tương ứng với các hành động muốn thiết lập để thực hiện gửi thông tin qua cách thức đã chọn

Thực hiện chọn mẫu tin nhắn cho từng hành động sử dụng và ấn ![](/files/juEhBczgI6ABXBRtOz4n) để hoàn tất

* Sử dụng tin nhắn mặc định là hệ thống sẽ hiển thị cấu hình mặc định của hệ thông
* Không thể sử dụng thông báo của doanh nghiệp khi sử dụng tính năng này

Không sử dụng tin nhắn mặc định doanh nghiệp sẽ sử dụng key riêng của doanh nghiệp và có cấu hình sms và zalo theo key đó
